Special collaborations
We were happy to learn that a brand like Mini (BMW group) chose the Basque Country for the launch of its new Countryman model. But even more when our partner FLOW called us to collaborate with GPJ (George P.Johnson), supporting the logistics and the welcome of the participating groups (from different markets) who wanted to experience a special time.
It was a challenge to collaborate with a 25 people team from GPJ who, from their temporary headquarters in Azurmendi, organized this great event. For two days, their more than 3,000 worldwide dealers were invited to try the new car on the roads of the Basque Country.
Guests who have enjoyed our country, the country side as well as the coast, enjoying and discovering special places. A route shared with the groups for a month and a half. An enormous opportunity to show how we like to welcome, pampering the details, accessible 24 hours, managing the times with flexibility so that everything flows organically. And sure thing to say that now, we have more than 3,000 new ambassadors!
The Basque Country offering so many possibilities paved the way. Tours that began in Bilbao, UNESCO Creative City, along routes between mountains with strategic stops, such as Berroja, for a quick “txakoli*” overlooking the sea; Until reaching the summit, a Crystal watchtower, in the form of a 3 Michelin star restaurant (Azurmendi). Roads of endless curves by the sea to then begin the climb to this hidden place, where the silence dwells and Edurne Pasaban lives, the first woman to climb all the fourteen eight-thousander peaks in the World.
The Basque Country has many things in common with the German brand: nature, tradition and innovation. Thanks to our partner FLOW and his client, GPJ, for believing in us.
